A transition to light!

As much as I enjoy the Winter season, with it's stillness and time for reflection, I love the anticipation of Spring. Spring is a time to re-emerge. Although in New England we spend a lot of time outdoors in the Winter, there is something about the lighter and longer days, the promise that Spring holds, and the feeling of shedding our coats, blankets, and boots. The moment you open the windows for fresh air and hear the birds start to sing in the morning you feel the energy, and I am here for all of it!

There is a lot happening at Moon Mama Herbals! Each month, I host a free Introduction to Herbalism workshop at the shop. This was how I reconnected with the plants, and I hope these workshops inspire you to begin or continue your journey! I also teach a variety of topics each month, and have guest teachers and practioners visit to bring diverse perspectives, topics, and expertise. Here is what's coming up this Spring! I hope you will join our Moon Mama community!
