We did it! Thanks to our family, friends - old and new - and our newly adopted Newbury, NH community, we opened Moon Mama Herbals on October 1st. It really all came together. Coming together... yes, the shelves went in, the paint dried, and the inventory arrived, but more importantly a community has been formed. 

I am most thankful for the energy in the shop each day. Energy brought in with all of the different bulk herbs, herbal products, art, gifts, jewelry, and of course - chocolate. The energy of the makers who have infused it all with their creativity, knowledge, intent, and love. Wow - I can't even begin to tell you how impressed I have been with everyone who has honored us by placing their creations on our shelves to offer it out to the larger community.  

Any of those incredible beings will tell you that one of the first things we talked about when we connected was that this would be a space to lift each other up. A space to promote each other, because "we all win, when we all win." There is no competition, no "non-compete clauses," no knocking off of the crowns. There is no room at Moon Mama Herbals for that type of energy. I absolutely love the community that has been created.

We have had tarot readings and free introduction to herbalism workshops, and will have Jenny back in November 13th for more readings! We will have two more free Introduction to Herbalism workshops in November, and we are in the process of planning the 2022 workshop and program calendar. 2022 will include more events for tarot, mediums, reiki, massage, "meet the maker" gatherings, online spotlights, and much more. Bundle up and get out this Winter and come in to the apothecary!

Together with our friends and neighbors Leigh Ann and Jon at Sunapee Trading Post, we are planning some holiday shopping events. Stay tuned for more on our Holiday Wish Lists (no guessing - tell them exactly what you want) and special shopping nights. 

Some of you have come in for herbal consultations with me, and in January I will be launching my herbal consultation practice in full swing.  

There's a lot going on, new items coming in all the time, new makers joining the Moon Mama Maker Community, new friends being made, old friends visiting, and a community forming that I am really excited and proud of.
